FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW

Following the semi-annual meeting of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Advisory Committee on Wednesday, 18 April 2007, the following changes were announced. The changes will be effective after the close of business on Thursday, 31 May 2007 (i.e. on Friday, 1 June 2007).

For the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Index, a total of one (1) addition, one (1) deletion from this index were approved. There are no investability weight changes for existing constituents.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40 Index, a total of two (2) additions, two (2) deletions from this index and two (2) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Smallcap 80 Index, a total of four (4) additions, four (4) deletions from this index and nine (9) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index, a total of seven (7) additions, six (6) deletions from this index and fifteen (15) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX International Index, a total of fourteen (14) additions, two (2) deletions from this index and four (4) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.
