Following the announcement regarding the auction by the UK Debt Management Office, FTSE announces the following changes to the FTSE Actuaries Gilts Indices:

4¾% TREASURY GILT 2030 (Sedol B24FF09 ISIN GB00B24FF097) will increase from £2,250mn to £4,500mn after the close of business on 06 November 2007 (i.e. with effect from start of trading on 07 November 2007, using closing prices as at 06 November 2007).
