FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW

Following the semi-annual meeting of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Advisory Committee on Tuesday, 22 April 2008, the following changes were announced. The changes will be effective after the close of business on Friday, 30 May 2008 (i.e. on Monday, 2 June 2008).

For the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Index, no (0) additions, no (0) deletions from this index were approved and no (0) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40 Index, a total of three (3) additions, three (3) deletions from this index and four (4) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Smallcap 80 Index, a total of six (6) additions, six (6) deletions from this index and four (4) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index, a total of four (4) additions, six (6) deletions from this index and ten (10) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX International Index, a total of two (2) additions, six (6) deletions from this index and five (5) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.
