FTSE All-World Index	Teva Pharmaceuticals (Israel, 6882172) will remain in the index with an increased shares in issue total of 888,351,000 and an unchanged investability weighting of 100%.	02 January 2009

FTSE Global 100	Teva Pharmaceuticals will be treated as above.	02 January 2009
