Siam City Bank (Thailand): Deletion
Changes in FTSE SET Index Series

Following the acceptance levels for the cash acquisition of Siam City Bank (Thailand constituent) by Thanachart Capital (Thailand constituent) reaching in excess of 85% and in accordance with Ground Rule 6.2.4, FTSE and The Stock Exchange of Thailand announce the following changes:

FTSE SET Large Cap Index Siam City Bank (Thailand, 6125844, SCIB) will be deleted from the index.

Thai Union Frozen Products (Thailand, 6422705, TUF) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 883,170,950 and an investability weighting of 75%.

FTSE SET Mid Cap Index Thai Union Frozen Products will be deleted from the index. 21 June 2010
FTSE SET All Share Index Siam City Bank will be deleted from the index. 21 June 2010
