Following the London Stock Exchange finding Promethean World PLC (UK) meeting eligibility criteria for inclusion in the techMARK, FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE techMARK All-Share	Promethean World (UK B60B6S4) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 200,000,000 and an investability weighting of 50%.	10 November 2010
