FTSE advises that the following announcement replaces the FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW announcement released on the 11 May 2011. The following amendments will take place:

• FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP (CR) (Sedol: B681D63) will remain in the FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index, FTSE/ATHEX Market Index, FTSE/ATHEX International Index, FTSE/ATHEX Liquid Mid Index, with an investability weighting change from 75% to 50%.

• FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP (CR) will replace INTRALOT S.A. (CR) (Sedol: 5799284) in the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Reserve List.

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended version is shown below:

FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW - Amendment

Following the semi-annual meeting of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Advisory Committee on Wednesday, 11 May 2011, the following changes were announced. The changes will be effective after the close of business on Friday 27 May 2011 (i.e. on Monday, 30 May 2011).

For the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Index, no (0) additions, no (0) deletions from this index were approved and no (0) investability weight change to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index, a total of no (0) additions, five (5) deletions from this index and one (1) investability weight change to an existing constituent were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Small Cap Index, a total of ten (10) additions, fifteen (15) deletions from this index and four (4) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Market Index, a total of nine (9) additions, nineteen (19) deletions from this index and six (6) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX International Index, no (0) additions, six (6) deletions from this index and one (1) investability weight change to an existing constituent were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Liquid Mid Index, one (1) addition, five (5) deletions from this index and one (1) investability weight change to an existing constituent were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX CSE Banking Index, no (0) additions, two (2) deletions from this index and no (0) investability weight change to existing constituents were approved.
