Changes In FTSE Indices

Following the announcement by Millicom International Cellular S.A. (USA, Constituent) to move its primary listing to Sweden and in accordance with the FTSE Nationality Rules, FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE All-World Index	Millicom International Celluar (USA, 2418128) will be deleted from the index at the OTC market close price on Wednesday, 01 June 2011.	02 June 2011
FTSE Multinationals	Millicom International Cellular will be deleted from the index.	02 June 2011
FTSE Global Style Index	Millicom International Cellular will be deleted from the index.	02 June 2011

Please Note:

Millicom International Cellular S.A.'s primary listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will be in the form of Swedish Depositary Receipts (SDRs) which are ineligible in the FTSE Global Equity Index Series.
