The FTSE Italia Joint Executive Group has approved the following changes to the FTSE MIB Index which will become effective after the close of business on Friday, 17 June 2011 (i.e. on Monday, 20 June 2011). Il FTSE Italia Joint Executive Group ha approvato le seguenti modifiche per l’indice FTSEMIB che diverranno effettive dopo la chiusura delle contrattazioni di Venerdì 17 Giugno 2011 (Lunedì, 20 Giugno 2011). FTSE MIB Index Inclusion/Inclusioni: There are no additions to the index . (Nessuna inclusione nell'indice.) Exclusion/Esclusioni: There are no deletions from the index. (Nessuna esclusione dall'indice.) Please Note: With reference to the ongoing corporate actions by Intesa San Paolo (IT0000072618) and UBI Banca (IT0003487029), as the two capital increases: • would terminate their subscription phase on Friday 10 June and on Friday 24 June, • are both assisted by a banking consortium guarantee ensuring the full subscription of all shares, in order to allow for an easier rebalancing of the basket, avoiding subsequent updates of shares in issue and divisor in a few days, the FTSE Italia Joint Executive Group has decided to aggregate the shares in issue update in the standard June review. As usual, the updated figures for shares in issue and free float for the 40 shares in the basket will be announced after the close of the market of Tuesday 14 June. Con riferimento alle operazioni di aumento di capitale attualmente in corso da parte di Intesa San Paolo (IT0000072618) and UBI Banca (IT0003487029), dal momento che: • il termine del periodo di offerta é fissato per venerdí 10 giugno e venerdí 24 giugno, • in entrambe lo operazioni un consorzio di garanzia assicura la sottoscrizione delle azioni eventualmente rimaste inoptate, al fine di assicurare un piú agevole ribilanciamento del paniere, evitando il succedersi di piú aggiornamenti del numero di azioni e del divisor nel giro di pochi giorni, il FTSE Italia Joint Executive Group ha deciso di concentrare l’aggiornamento del numero di azioni nella data prevista per la revisione ordinaria di Giugno. Come al solito, i dati aggiornati sul numero di azioni e sul flottante delle 40 azioni incluse nel paniere saranno annunciati dopo la chiusura dei mercati martedí 14 Giugno.
