In accordance with Ground Rule 6.6.1 and subject to the admission commencing 1 July 2011 for Sberbank JSC (Russia), FTSE announces the following change:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE RUSSIA IOB INDEX	Sberbank (Russia, B5SC091) will be added to the Index with a shares in issue total of 5,396,737,000 and an investability weighting of 40%.	4 July 2011

Please note:

Sberbank's ICB Classification will be 8355, (Banks).

Following the addition of Sberbank, the number of constituents within the Russia IOB Index will temporarily be 16 until the next quarterly index review in September 2011.
