FTSE advises that the following announcement replaces the FTSE MIB Changes released on 08 July 2011. The number of shares for Ansaldo STS (Italy, B118XB1) as announced on 1st July 2011 should have read 139,963,421 instead of 119,968,647. The full amended version is shown below.

FTSE announces the new shares and investability weighting factors for the FTSE MIB Index effective after the close of business on Tuesday 12 July 2011, i.e. on Wednesday 13 July 2011.
Please note that the new basket will reflect the Lactalis-Parmalat tender offer (reducing Parmalat free float), as well as the pending capital increases for Banca Monte Paschi Siena and Fondiaria - Sai (both assisted by banking guarantee consortiums - increasing their shares in issue number) .
The share totals exclude all treasury shares and the Inv Weighting are computed with reference to shares in issue net of treasury shares.
The new index divisor will be published after close of business on Tuesday 12 July 2011.
FTSE comunica le nuove azioni e gli investability weighting factors per l'Indice FTSE MIB che saranno effettivi dopo la chiusura delle contrattazioni di Martedi 12 Luglio 2011, (Vale a dire, Mercoledi 13 Luglio 2011).
Il nuovo paniere del FTSE MIB rifletterá i risultati dell'Offerta Publica di Acquisto Volontaria di Lactalis su Parmalat (determinando una riduzione del flottante di Parmalat) e gli aumenti di capitale per Banca Monte Paschi Siena e per Fondiaria - Sai (entrambi assistiti dalla presenza di un consorzio di garanzia - il cui numero di azioni sarà contestualmente aumentato).
Il numero di azioni totale esclude tutte le azioni proprie e la percentuale di flottante é calcolata con riferimento al numero di azioni al netto delle azioni proprie.
l nuovo divisor per il FTSEMIB sarà reso disponibile dopo la chiusura delle contrattazioni di Martedi 12 Luglio 2011.
