Following the continuous suspension for China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings (Singapore constituent) and in conjunction with Ground Rules Section 6.4.2, FTSE, SGX and SPH announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE ST Small Cap Index	China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings (Singapore, B4MVFK3, I4U) will be deleted from the index.	03 August 2011
FTSE ST China Index	China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings will be deleted from the index.	03 August 2011
FTSE ST All Share Index	China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings will be deleted from the index.	03 August 2011

The above changes will automatically be reflected in the relevant corresponding Industry, Super Sector, Sector and Sub Sector indices.
