FTSE Nationality Committee: Review of Companies

The following companies have been allocated a UK nationality classification in accordance with the FTSE Nationality Rules:

* Subject to a sterling quote commencing 9 November 2011 and a reclassification to a secondary ('overseas') listing status on the Irish Stock Exchange being in place by 6 December 2011.

Inclusion of the above companies in the FTSE UK Index Series will be subject to ratification at the next index quarterly review on 7 December 2011 in accordance with the FTSE Ground Rules.

Please note: The liquidity test will be based using volume data from the date of premium listing to determine index eligibility.

However for the purpose of CRH liquidity test volume data will be taken from 9 November 2011.
