Subject to the conversion of American Tower Corporation (USA) to REIT status effective from 01 January 2012, FTSE, EPRA and NAREIT announce that American Tower Corporation will not be eligible for inclusion into the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index series as it has been assigned an Infrastructure classification.
