Changes in FTSE ASFA Australia Index Series

Subject to the shareholder and court approval of the proposed cash acquisition for Bow Energy (Australia constituent) by Arrow Energy (unlisted), FTSE and ASFA announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE ASFA Australia 300 Index	Bow Energy (BOW, B0700Q8) will be deleted from the index.	23 December 2011
FTSE ASFA Australia Small Cap Index	Bow Energy will be deleted from the index.	23 December 2011
FTSE ASFA Australia All-Share ex 100 Index	Bow Energy will be deleted from the index.	23 December 2011
FTSE ASFA Australia All-Share Index	Bow Energy will be deleted from the index.	23 December 2011

Bow Energy will be promoted from FTSE ASFA Australia Small Cap Index to FTSE ASFA Australia Mid Cap 150 Index, in accordance with the December 2011 FTSE ASFA Australia Index Quarterly Review, effective 19 December 2011.
