FTSE advises that the following announcement replaces McPherson's (Australia) : Demerger released on 11 January 2012.

The SEDOL of MPG Printing should be B7KLRG6 and the notes of the announcement should read as following:

The listing date of MPG Printing is not yet confirmed. Therefore, MPG Printing will be included in the index at a fixed price equivalent to the entitlement adjustment to McPherson's. MPG Printing will remain held in FTSE indices at the fixed theoratical value until it commences trading.

Subject to shareholders approval for the demerger of MPG Printing (Australia) from McPherson's (Australia constituent) and in conjunction with Ground Rule 7.3.3, FTSE and ASFA announce the following changes:
